Requirements

  • Programming Skills – Knowledge of statistical programming languages such as R and Python

  • Data Wrangling – Proficiency in handling imperfections in data

  • Visualisation – The art of telling an amazing story with the help of charts or insights could be a game changer

  • Statistics – Good application of statistical skills, including knowledge of statistical tests, distributions, regression, maximum likelihood estimators, and so on.

  • Excellent Communication Skills – Comfortable in describing findings to a technical and non-technical audience

  • Team player – Being a good team player come in handy to successfully execute an end-to-end project

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Connect and extract information from various databases containing structured and/or unstructured data

  • Consolidate, clean, normalise from a large inventory and often spread across places, including text files

  • Calculate relevant KPIs with the help of available data along with possible drill-downs

  • Establish data-driven insights into patterns, correlations, and opportunities for impact

  • Select thresholds and put together alerts for respective stakeholders for decisions

  • Draft an intriguing story via various charts/features /interactions available in visualisation tools

  • Collaborate with Business and IT teams to deploy the solution at scale
